I use Move2Unlock to hide clock and slide bar.
I will add more stuff to my theme as soon as i have time.
I tested it only on iOS 5.0.

HOW TO : install
- unzip your downloaded file
- open your SSH client (i use I-FunBox)
- follow this path -> Raw File System -> Library -> Themes
- paste the folders unzipped into the path i specified before
- open Winterboard and check the stuff you want to install (LockScreen, Notification Center, Theme and Apple Spinner)
- wipe cache + respring

HOW TO : set your town on the weather widget:
- go to http://www.weather.com
- enter your location and click on Find Weather
- copy the 8 character string in your address bar (Ex: ITXX0140= Parma,Italy)
- open the LockBackground.html file and search for "var locale"
- paste your weather code in place of "ITXX0140"

HOW TO : Change language to your own
- open the LockBackground.html file and search for "var this_weekday_name_array"
- change values to your own language (Ex: "Lunedi' -> "Monday")
- search for "var this_month_name_array"
- change values to your own language (Ex: "Marzo" -> "March")
- search for "var Italian"
- replace values with your own language" (ex: "Tempesta Tropicale" -> "Tropical Storm") [values are wrote in english in the "var MiniIcons", and are ordered so just translate them instead of translate from italian which may be difficult]
- search for "Temperatura avvertita" and replace with "Real feel temperature"
