iFlat iPad theme

A few months ago I came to Decke with permission to create a version of iFlat designed specifically for the iPad since he does not have one. I was given permission and have finally finished it with the help of Priezti and I think it is ready for release.

The credit goes to myself and Priezti, but the theme itself was designed by Decke so that credit goes to him.

For now you will have to manually set the lockscreen and homescreen wallpaper, but we are currently working to include it in winterboard. You can use iFile to go into the theme directory.
